OPA! - Festive Orchestra from St. Petersburg. The band was set up in the heyday of the disco-bars, playing for dancing on the tables and earning at weddings. Traditions of Russian brass bands embodied in music - cheerful and reckless, but intelligent and quality in the same time. Touring and musical geography of the band is exceptionally broad. Russia and Europe, North America and the Far East. The band's music can be heard on German TV and in Krakow synagogue, in the Parisian taxi and on discotheques of Istanbul. Over the years the band visited more than twenty countries of the world, recorded soundtracks for a number of TV series and feature films, released ten albums. Being in constant creative search, musicians are experimenting with sound and cooperate with other interesting Russian and foreign artists.
